Observed Behaviour:
Super (Tap) does not open Dash Home (regardless of current workspace or which
applications are running.) The only way to open the Dash Home is to click the
"big Ubuntu button" on the Launcher.
Expected behaviour:
Super (Tap) should open Dash Home in all circumstances.
Additional Info:
1. Super (Press) *does* display shortcuts.
2. Super (Hold) *does* reveal the Keyboard Shortcuts.
