If I understand correctly, you've repacked the original changes for official release and want me to retest to confirm that the problem is still resolved. The packages located at link http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~ming/bugs/624510/lucid-40.87-release/ were tested and failed to correct the original Slow USB Read.
