After upgrading from Ubuntu 11.10 to 12.04beta suspend does not work
anymore.

The netbook switches off for a split second but wakes up right away.
I did alle the tests described: in

Find the output attached.

I'll gladly provide any information as needed, just tell me what you
want to know.

Suspend/Resume was working flawlessly on 11.10, so this is regression.
