Public bug reported: I upgraded to Ubuntu 12.04 Beta 1 x86 from 11.04 x64 using the ubquity installer from the LiveCD. Now some Icons are missing from the Unity laucher on the left ("Home Folder", "Terminal", "Workspace Switcher" and "Rubbish Bin")
