If it involves a transition, how big a transition? Have you tested all
the reverse-build-dependencies? Do they build against it? If not, are
you going to need help getting them to build? Do at least some of them
work?
Can you give some reasons for the transition, rather than just cherry-
picking the important bug fixes?
