There's still no indication that there's anything wrong unfortunately.
Is the IPv6 tab's Method drop-down correctly set to "Automatic"?

Also, note that if you don't get IPv6 information quickly enough, the
connection will complete, and the kernel will be what's applying the
ipv6 configuration (and routes), so it may be normal that you don't see
IPv6 addresses in the Connection Information dialog.

Could you please attach debugging logs from NetworkManager as to get
more information about what is happening? See
