Public bug reported: Hello,
When using a dual monitor support I get a launcher on each screen. This is really annoying because it creates a big lag when moving mouse or windows accross screens. That totally breaks the desktop usability ion dual screen mode, it slows me down in my work :/ ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 12.04 Package: unity 5.6.0-0ubuntu4 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 3.2.0-19.30-generic 3.2.11 Uname: Linux 3.2.0-19-generic x86_64 NonfreeKernelModules: nvidia ApportVersion: 1.94.1-0ubuntu2 Architecture: amd64 CompizPlugins: [core, composite, opengl, compiztoolbox, decor, vpswitch, snap, mousepoll, resize, place, move, wall, grid, regex, imgpng, session, gnomecompat, animation, fade, unitymtgrabhandles, workarounds, scale, expo, ezoom, unityshell] Date: Tue Mar 20 10:40:39 2012 EcryptfsInUse: Yes InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 12.04 LTS "Precise Pangolin" - Alpha amd64 (20120316) ProcEnviron: TERM=xterm PATH=(custom, user) LANG=fr_FR.UTF-8 SHELL=/bin/bash SourcePackage: unity UpgradeStatus: No upgrade log present (probably fresh install) ** Affects: unity (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: amd64 apport-bug precise -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/959808 Title: The launcher get displayed on both screen in dual monitor mode To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unity/+bug/959808/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
