Still happening on today's (march 20th) amd64 build. I'm attaching a tgz file with the outputs of the commands requested by James Hunt and the contents of /var/lib/partman. I am *not* enabling the home directory encryption option (my /home directory already exists from a previous install and it is on its own partition, as you can see).
