I'm using kubuntu 12.04. /etc/default/keyboard
XKBMODEL="pc105" XKBLAYOUT="us,ru" XKBVARIANT="winkeys,winkeys" XKBOPTIONS="grp:caps_toggle,grp_led:caps" ignored by system while loading desktop.
