Still having this issue on Oneiric, even with 3.2 Kernel. In fact, all USB devices (mosue, disk, dvb card) stop work randomly. I've tried with "irqpoll" and "noapic" parameters, but in some time I get a device freeze with "noapic" and Sleep to RAM problems with "irqpoll". Kubuntu Oneiric 64bits, Kernel 3.0 and kernel 3.2. Asus M2A VM - HDMI (2009 BIOS)
