Public bug reported:

The last update broke gnome shell's support for RTL directinality. 
This affects everything - the panel, the sidebar and so on. 
Screenshots work only on regular view, so the screenshot attached shows only 
the panel problem. The "activities" (in Hebrew: פעילויות) should be on the 
right hand side, and my name should be on the left hand side.
