My netbook's internal wireless device, is a BCM4312, it needs the closed
source wl driver to work, so I have to install it after the installation
process is finished. As a work around, I use a RetailPlus USB wireless
device that is detected and the driver loaded on insertion, Device info

Bus 001 Device 002: ID 0ace:1215 ZyDAS ZD1211B 802.11g

The above device works when selecting Try Ubuntu, but isn't detected
during the install  process
