Kernel upstream tested: - still get the first cold boot failling - with the nvidia 295.33 + xorg 1.12 + kernel 3.3 and the latest Precise updates, now i dont get the verbose mode: the screen is fully black, so i cant say if the kernel upstream have solved that bug error or not.
