I was able to reproduce the actual buggy behaviour and recorded a video of it.
Now normaly, pressing super doesn't open the dash. But, when I press ALT+F2 the
command window comes up. Pressing ESC and leaving it gives me the oportunity to
press Super - and it works. It works as long, until something like the
following happens: I switch with CTRL+ALT-arrow-keys the workspace. Again,
pressing the Super key doesn't bring up the dash, I do it a second time, press
ALT+F2, the command window comes up, press ESC to close it, press Super - and
the dash opens.
