Bug description:
With the new release of Flash 11.1.r102 there is no way I can find to
set applications to allow usage of Vidio Cams and Microphones. I
discoverd this with Stickan.com trying to chat in one of their chat
rooms. Older versions of Flash asked to allow usage, this version is
missing a controll pannel with the version bundled with Ubuntu 12.04.

Any help would be appreciated, good work so far on this manmouth
   release. Darcy

Bug was resolved the problem is with Adobe Flash, their web site configuration
program corrects the web cam problems
