This bug is still present in FF11 and caused a loss of all my open tabs and neatly grouped tabs (~100), thanks a lot. This is the most annoying bug I encountered in all the years I use FF (since 1.x). This bug is marked as WONTFIX, but since it has no owner, maybe it can get a new one that recognises this behaviour as a problem.
