Public bug reported:

Automated error message popped up on first startup after Ubuntu distro
upgrade with 'sudo apt-get dist-upgrade'. Accidently pressed Ctrl-Z
halfway through, but restarted with 'sudo dpkg --configure -a'. Could
this accidental stoppage have caused the error?
