This upstream report seems quite similar https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=251384, expect that the upstream issue only occurs with compiz enabled. So, could you guys confirm whether you are using compiz or not? If so, this issue is already reported upstream, otherwise a new upstream report needs to be filed.
