Since 2 days, problem re-appeared in Ubuntu Precise 12.04 beta 2, only with firefox-trunk and thunderbird-trunk : icons on startup move just under the one of terminal, and for Thunderbird Daily there are 2 icons, one with the focus and ability to switch to the application, one with number of mails unread...
