Thank you for reporting this bug. It would be useful to know whether
totem closes when trying to play the same AVI, but on the local machine.
Since a shared mp4 file plays fine, it suggests that the problem is with
Totem's handling of the AVI, not Totem's network support. It would be
good to definitely eliminate the network as the source of the problem.
