@Renato Silva: what you describe has nothing to do with the movement of the Unity launcher. What you describe has got to do with launcher sensitivity, something you will be able to control via System Settings in 12.04 LTS. Moving the launcher would solve the problem, naturally, but isn't the cause of it.
