Public bug reported:
Clicking on Help > Report a bug presents the following error when the
default web browser is not already open:
Failed to execute default Web Browser.
Text ended before matching quote was found for #. (The text was
'/usr/bin/firefox
file:///usr/share/doc/xfce4-terminal/C/support.html#').
This only happens when the browser is not already open. If it is open,
it opens the support.html in a new tab.
