I disagree; most system services bind to all addresses and interfaces by
default (sshd, cupsd, bind, dnsmasq, dhcp, tftp, nbd, inetd, rpc...).
And I do want DNS services for my thin client sessions running on the
server, so I do want dnsmasq listening in all addresses.
