Public bug reported:

Open the software centre. Select an item from the "All Software" toolbar
button. Now select the same item from the "Installed" toolbar button.
(The item you click on can be "Provided by Ubuntu" or alternatively a
PPA or other repository.)

Expected result: same style of lists
Actual result: two different interfaces

This is inconsistent. Please see the attached screenshot.

Personally my preference is for the "All Software" style. I find the
expandable sections currently found in "Installed" quite frustrating -
I'd far rather just have a list.
