Howdy, and thank you for taking the time to help improve Mythbuntu by
opening this ticket. There have been quite a number of bug fixes made
to the 0.24.x version you are running - I would suggest enabling the
Mythbuntu repos, which will pick up those fixes. You can find out more
by clicking here: http://mythbuntu.org/auto-builds

If you are still able to reproduce the problem after enabling the auto-bug
fixes, please feel free to open a new ticket. Note that in order to really
debug a problem, the developers need some debug files called backtraces, which
are discussed here:
http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Debugging#Ubuntu_packages

Also note that 0.25 is in the process of final testing and about to be
released - and MythTV developers have turned the vast majority of their
limited time to that newer version and might not fix a bug on this
version of MythTV. The above repo's has the option to install 0.25 as
well. Please do not let the closing of this ticket dissuade you from
opening a new ticket if this (or any other) problem occurs with the
newer versions.

WARNING: If you need to have the ability to revert back to your current
version, you will need to back up your database before upgrading so that
you can later restore it, since newer databases can not be downgraded.
