Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evolution

I use one folder per account where I have both sent and received emails
in order to have a full threaded conversation.

In order to get that, I specify the place where all sent emails should
go per account and also set up a filter for mail arriving from that
account to the same folder.

The problem is that evolution's folder counter (the thing above all the
folders) shows ie. Ubuntu 325 sent, while that's not true, some were
sent and some received. The same happens with the window's title.

Given that evolution doesn't have the capability to provide this extra
information correctly, I think it shouldn't provide it at all.

Moreover, given that both texts include the folder's name, what's the
problem with showing: "Sent 3 mails", :Outbox 4 mails", and so on?
The folder's name gives the meaning to the emails that are inside the
folder.

So, getting rid of this functionality would make the program more simple
(less code) and it would make it behave correctly. It shouldn't provide
information it cannot guarantee its correctness.
