I have installed Kubuntu Feisty again. Problems with this application happened to me also with the earlier installation. I am a newbie to Linux but it's kind of annoying these problems with adept as one is cut afterwards from all package updates (except one is a Linux geek and knows how to handle it). I annexed the saved print screen but doubt that it's useful for you. This message I got also after rebooting. So adept in my case was not running at all anymore.
