Public bug reported:
If there are multiple windows of a program open, unity indicates them with the
multiple dots under the related icon in the launcher.
Clicking on the icon, ideally, moves to the "scale" mode, where in you would
see all windows spread out.
That's not happening anymore.
1. NOT all windows are shown.
2. Sometimes only two are shown.
3. On clicking on the window you want in the spread mode, the window is not
necessarily brought to the fore front.
4. There is other funny behaviour involving multiple workspaces. If the windows
are in multiple work spaces, then only the current workspace windows are shown.
