Public bug reported: The version in precise suffers the same issue as 1.09a in Debian. It was built with javahelper at a time when libarchive-zip-perl had a bug so all the jar's produced were corrupt. So the current version is totally useless.
See http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=649842, http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=634089, and http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=654899 for the full (involved) story. Now that libarchive-zip-perl in Ubuntu is new enough, a sync with the Debian terraintool is in order to make this package useful. ** Affects: terraintool (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Affects: terraintool (Debian) Importance: Unknown Status: Unknown -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/978210 Title: Terraintool will not run at all: CRC error To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/terraintool/+bug/978210/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
