Public bug reported: Please sync ocrfeeder 0.7.9-1 (universe) from Debian sid (main)
Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception: When used with Tesseract 3.x, Ocrfeeder 0.7.7 would include Tesseract's version string, which is unfortunately part of Tesseract's OCR output (for Tesseract 3x, that is); see http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=661499 That issue -- which might quite negatively impact user experience with this otherwise comfortable and easy-to-use OCR program -- was fortunately fixed in version 0.7.8 except for a few glitches that were fixed in version 0.7.9.
