Binary package hint: gnome-panel

When the system boots and successfully logs in when you launch an
application evolution mail shortly after the system all mouse function
is there no keyboard action available, have to use a hardware reset to
reboot system again. This is a continuing fault.

This also happen when you launch skype and when the auto patch updater
is running same problem occurs. I have also seen this on an installed
laptop
