I fully agree with you, yet after I updated my Ubuntu, things got better. You can try updating it. Also, I had some trouble understanding your e-mail at first (I feel really sorry),since I'm Chinese and have little knowledge of some languages( Would you mind me asking a silly question,is that Spanish?) . Luckily, I used online translation:-)
