Public bug reported:

Up to date Ubuntu 12.04

How to reproduce:
- Install any Windows app
- Find it in the dash
- Drag and drop its icon to the launcher -> the shortcut is pinned and it works
- Reboot or logout/login
- The shortcut is not in the launcher anymore.

The fact that the running Wine app is wrongly matched in the Launcher is
another issue, tracked in bug #702452 or bug #704187.
