Alternatively, you could install it manually by downloading http://ddebs.ubuntu.com/pool/main/x/xserver-xorg-input-evdev/xserver- xorg-input-evdev-dbgsym_2.7.0-0ubuntu1_i386.ddeb. Please try again after installing the debug package.
