Public bug reported:
The version of mod_passenger available from the Ubuntu repositories is
quite outdated, many of the options in the User Guide at
http://www.modrails.com/documentation/Users%20guide%20Apache.html#_configuring_phusion_passenger
aren't available.
Debian Wheezy has version 3.0.11debian-1, would be nice if that could be
synced after oneiric and possibly backported.
