It was happening randomly in two different ways : 1) [low frequency] on restarting unity manually : all http icons gone for good. 2) [high frequency] on session start : 2 or 3 first http icons of a lens missing the first time it's opened, until results are reloaded.
Both don't seem to happen on trunk anymore, but their randomness makes it hard to confirm.
