Thanks for reporting this bug.  Some online discussions (i.e.
http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.comp.emulators.kvm.devel/84328) suggest
that for some hardware under amd interrupt remapping may not be
supported?  But I don't see any errors to that effect in your output.

Can you show the /var/log/libvirt/qemu/Ubuntu1204beta2-clone.log file
contents?
