Public bug reported: I opened the Appearance settings by right clicking on desktop and selecting change desktop background. The new window of Appearance settings opens in maximized state. If I try to un-maximize it by clicking on square button ( [] ) , it goes in un-maximized state but this window doesn't have a miximize button. Even the option of miximizing via right click on title bar is also greyed out.
