@Sukesh: What version of Evolution are you running? If this is working fine under Fedora, that suggests that Fedora is shipping a newer version of Evolution than Ubuntu 11.10 which connects to Exchange 2007 server. In other words, the fix would have been made upstream, and Ubuntu 12.04 will likely offer the updated Evolution packages.
