Brett, thanks. The reason for the request was I was discussing the issue with Colin Watson on IRC and he pointed out the package isn't pulled in by default. So aside from explicit manual installations as in your case we wan't to figure out how it got installed - since it is the only PAM module we know of (so far) that exposes the underlying bug in sudo.
