Public bug reported:

The function GnuTLSCache memcache is not working because libapr-memcache
is not added to build dependensie.

according to documention in the config file:/etc/apache2/mods-
available/gnutls.conf it states

  # mod_gnutls can optionaly use a memcached server to store SSL sessions.
  # This is useful in a cluster environment, where you want all your servers to
  # share a single SSL session cache

The only thing is when you activate it doesn't work.
