Bug is still here. This bug breaks the shade toggle. Somewhere between 11.10 and 12.04 someone decided to change gnome-tweak-tool so that it inserts "toggle-shade" in /apps/metacity/general/action_double_click_titlebar. This doesn't work, the value should be "toggle_shade", which then correctly causes windows to shade when double clicked (which should be default, IMO).
