so, the issue here seems to be that there are 2 packages that are easily
confused in Software Center.

The first is gnome-control-center, which is the "System Settings"
application that is installed by default, and shows up in the Dash, but
is listed in Software center with the title of "utilities to configure
the GNOME desktop"

the second is systemsettings, which is NOT installed by default, but is
listed in software-center with the *same name and icon* as gnome-
control-center has in the dash (but not in software-center).

IIRC, this is a big usability problem, and frankly confused me quite
badly before i read the version details in software center.

My opinion is that the right fix for this issue is to have gnome-
control-center more closely resemble it's installed appearance in
software-center (suggest changed title and icon to match those used in
Dash). This would then lead to 3(!) results for "System Settings" search
term, but at least the most likely candidate would be returned in the
results.

** Also affects: gnome-control-center (Ubuntu)
