Public bug reported:
If I'm in the Dash and hit Super+number to summon an app, it succeeds
(sometimes on the second try), but the app does not have keyboard focus.
I hit this as a consequence of Bug #988962 - I hit super+2 to get app 2,
Unity gives me the Dash instead, I hit super+2 again (sometimes twice)
and eventually get to the right app, but it does not have keyboard
focus.
