Yann, I believe having multiple keyboard shortcuts will be possible with gsettings which I think we'll be switching to for keyboard shortcuts in Ubuntu 12.10. You can use either Ctrl+Super+D or Ctrl+Alt+D to show the desktop in GNOME Shell in Ubuntu 12.04.
