In case you haven't already read the previous comments: 1.) The light context-menus are deliberate.. 2.) The concerned developers have evinced little interest in changing that decision. 3.) They do not consider this a bug. 4.) I personally haven't found a workaround to this aesthetic decision - (except to use another DE).
