@Sebastien Bacher: yes, menu items appear completely, and there is no graphical corruption on them. The "Shutdown..-" Menu entry will even show a pop-up for confirmation and "Restart" options, however clicking on the "Restart" button or "Shut Down" button will not make any action, pop-up will just close.
