The workaround in comment #3 does not seem to work for me -- even after
disabling the Alt+F10 shortcut in ccsm > Ubuntu Unity Plugin > Behavior,
I continue to get the "menu popup" behavior instead of a maximized
window.

I can successfully change the shortcut key to something else (e.g.,
Super+Up), but then it is inconsistent with all other Linux machines I
use, where Alt+F10 is the shortcut to maximize a window.  Since right-
clicking on any window's title bar shows Alt+F10 as the shortcut and the
posted workaround does not work, I think this should still be considered
a bug.
