Sorry, but i try find in draw and i see nothing with "Ubuntu Orange" or something similar in color box or in Menu -> tools -> LibreOffice -> Color. May be it's my comprehension of this bug is not good (i am not an english speaker), have you a file's test or screencast to compare??
