** Description changed:

I have a Samsung NP305U1A laptop. It is a AMD Brazos E450 machine with
  BRCM 4313 b/g/n wireless card. I tried Ubuntu 12.04 both 32 & 64 bit and
also 11.10 32bit liveCDs on it, but no luck with wireless. Everything
  else works perfectly.

- I am able to see the access points in neighbourhood, but not able to
- connect to any. I tried both WPA2 PSK/AES and WEP-64 modes w/o any luck.
